Danish Heavy Rock act MERIDIAN return with new single & video

The melodic heavy rockers are out with the single “City Of Holy War” as a prelude to the album “Breaking The Surface”, that is released on September 16th.  “City Of Holy War” reflects on the absurdities of the religious wars around the world, as the album “Breaking The Surface” shows a mature band with with variated possibilities and more colors to the palet.

The album was recorded by producer Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy etc.), who also mastered “Metallurgy”.

“Breaking The Surface” is in many ways a step up for MERIDIAN. The line-up changed last year, and the band welcomed guitarist Marco Angioni (ex Chaoswave). In 2016 the band is stronger than ever, and after winning “Esbjerg Rock Festivals Musikpris”, the band opens the biggest stage on the festival this June.
