Ok, you all know Iced Earth and I fell there is no need to try to describe you their music. In case you dont know I have to tell you that they have left Century Media and this release is a best of that their old label released.
Best of releases are great sometimes because they give you the opportunity to know a band from its to nowadays and for those who already know the band and have its releases it is a good way to have some unreleased tracks or some extra notes from the members of the band. Unfortunately, in this case we have nothing special. 23 tracks from every album of the band in 2 cds. There are 2 or 3 tracks from every album of the band so every album is being represented here but besides this there is nothing else! There are no unreleased tracks or some demo ones to attract the fans of Iced Earth. So, if someone has some of their albums why should buy this best of?
I like Iced Earth a lot but this release is just a waste of time and money for the fans of the band. For someone who isnt a fan of the band it is the best suggestion to know them but it should have something to attract fans of the band too. One of the worst best of releases I have ever seen.
