SCYTHIA Nominated For SIRIUSXM INDIE AWARD For Metal Group of The Year

Canada’s favorite purveyors of folk/prog metal, SCYTHIA are proud to announce they have been nominated for Metal Group of The Year at this year's SiriusXM Indie Awards during Canadian Music Week this coming March in Toronto.

Following the success of their 2010 “…Of War” and 2011 “…Of Exile” albums, Scythia unleashed their 2012 scorcher, “For the Bear”. The short, but sweet seven-track EP departs from the orchestration and central concept of its predecessors, instead representing a leaner, faster, sharper folk metal machine.
