Lately seldom I listen death metal, but French SOLEKHAN reminded me times when I admired death metal, of old, of good death metal in style e.g. BOLT THROWER, PUNGENT STENCH, ENTOMBED, MORGOTH, DISCHARMONIC ORCHESTRA… But some parties of guitars and vocal really remind me BULDOZER. Ok. it will suffice this is not list of hits, and I even did not mentioned 10% old, cult MASTER's!!! Hahahaha… imitated me to squeeze in yet one super of band… But I will pass to the band. Music in realisation SOLEKHAN just oscillates in climate old death metal or sometimes even in climate old black metal… Short the material begins „traditionally” with composition, which to make dark, death metal of intro, passing in quick, typical for death metal sharp riffy with growling. Insertions on guitar with fuzz-box, which is not extinguished, played are of course „sixteens”, it make „old” mood. In places the bass with fuzz-box and speedy percussion fill up wholes… Following composition starts with more slowly tempo (what does not refer guitarists!!! Quick guitars and slowly percussion!!! – I like it).
Beginning is enough melodious as for death metal… composition is strengthens by growling… sudden guitar and drums of accents break this more quiet mood to announce sharp, death metal – threshing… I love these „squeaks” on guitars and melodious, heavy relaxation, chaotic, short solos and unexpected changes of tempo. Next compositions are in similar climates… but techniques of play more bows in side of black metal… Frequent changes of tempo, underlined by good work of percussion, sharp guitar, outright black metal drives with melodious slowing down in style of death metal… If I longer listen this that I am consolidated, that on music SOLEKHAN probably had also influence sharp black metal (some parties of instruments associate with our BEHEMOTH from Poland). Men diversify music also by use clean guitars, of clean singing and doubled growling. Don't you think that at the beginning this of review I lied and I assure you, that is not lacking here also extinguished riffs and short death metal of relaxation. Promo crowns composition determining „outro”, being completion of „intro”. Unfortunately material is short, but larded large douse old death metal – energy.
