Stop for a moment and experience with me the musical experience that the band under the quite controversial name PORN (which was created after the influence of The Cure and his album “Pornography”) has prepared for us. This album is their third act, a continuation and summary at the same time, and somewhere I have read that it is the testament of the man in the face of the near end of his life. Each of us has our own life acts, which are written in different languages, places, circumstances, but most often they are connected by a music. Because a music drives a person to tears, joy, rebellion, anger, but also forces him to thinking. A music sometimes took away and saved someone’s life.

PORN created another and powerful creation, proving how much can be conveyed to the listener through a music. Words dressed in a melody cross the barriers of the human mind and reach our psyche to carve in it and create a work under the influence of its author and his message. The creator of the band is a student of psychology and sociology Philippe Deschemin. So, is is the person who got to know the human character quite well, his otherness, essence and spiritual image. Inspired by such bands as Type O Negative, Alice In Chains, TOOL developed a dark and temperamental material that defines as Murder Rock.

So there is no shortage of melancholic, deep sounds piercing our interior to move our gray cells, finally reach our heart and possess it. The pure melodic and at the same time sad but as expressive vocal adds tragedy to the music which moves our psyche even more. This is a very well thought-out masterpiece of music combining metal, rock and gothic, where there are plenty of good guitars surrounded by electronic compositions. The penetrating sounds hurt our interior and the vocal unconventional pervades the mind to carve scars in it, which will remain an unforgettable story, that we will remember and come back to. In my heart PORN has already left a mark, crept in like a ghost, enamor like God and left tangible evidence, the album “No Monsters In God’s Eyes – Act III” …
