Once again, the Swedes prove that Metal’s music is in their blood and they can play any type of Metal at a high level. In the case of Power Metal we have HAMMERFALL or SABATON and of course many others … Although PRIME CREATION is quite young band, which exists 4 years but the musicians are experienced by several other bands…
“Tears Of Rage” is their second album, which was released at the end of September this year. And their the compositions moved me from the first song so strongly that until the very end of the album I listened to this music with bated breath…
It is very dynamic, energetic and heavy as well as at the same time very melodic Power Metal played with a strong feeling and verve. It is strongly adorned with catchy vocal melodic lines, climatic solos and keyboard accents. And the predatory themes are interwoven with melancholic subjects creating hymns full of pathos. And the low-tuned guitars intensify the crushing power emanating from this album. In turn, the very emotional melodies make violent explosion of emotions and strongly stiring. You can’t listen to it indifferently.
Of course, the singer sings at a world-class level. He can freely juggle his varied timbre, from strong screaming vocals to melodic clear singing, which with combination of the music causes thrill. Especially in catchy monumental refrains that they cause compulsory singing along with the singer.
“Tears Of Rage” is outstanding album, which despite the rapacity and melancholy spreads positive energy around. Power of this music tears hearts (not only by strong blow but also by deep melancholic mood). The symphonic ballad crowns the masterpiece and it is melancholic to the limit.
This album will stay in my memory for a very long time and I will probably come back to it many times.
