I think that THE FINITE BEINGS are fascinated by the Progressive Rock from the 70's… The sharp guitar sound, the strong percussion rhythms and the melodic and sometimes the feisty vocals together with the dark and melancholic atmosphere with the hint of psychedelia and the subdued aggression.

The compositions are bipolar, because the heavy and dirty guitars resound at one pole, and the melodic vocals resound at second pole. The vocals sometimes remind me of MARILLION. Although the whole repeatedly coming up in the areas of Heavy Metal (but maintained in the medium-slow tempos).

The ballad accents and the very melodic motifs and the spatial climatic sounds also appear on the album. In total, the music of THE FINITE BEINGS is a combination of melodic dark and melancholic mood with the dirty sound of the guitar in retro style. Perhaps sometimes the music sounds a little grotesque, but despite of all it has a unique character.
