THE LOTUS is the next team from the stable of Alkemist Fanatix Europe. The album unfortunately lay on a shelf considerable time and waited for review. Moreover THE LOTUS is the next team from the stable with the mixture of various genre of music. This is positive fact obviously because the fans are more exacting and first of all are more open for various musical fusions in today's day. And therefore “Forgotten Silence” offers to us the interesting mixture of different genres of Rock and Metal…
We will find the calmer tacts of classic Rocka there and else Hard Rock impulses with the sublime Power Metal subjects (which are predominant), and even the Southern Metal accents. This all creates the very complex arrangements (rich in different spatial solo parties of the guitars and the keys). From the side of vocals – there also the typical Rock singings appear with the very romantic vocals and the sharp and stronger screams (making the music in style of sharper genres of Metal). And the instrumental parties are coherent with all vocals.
Moreover in the work “I Will Come To You” we will hear the Jazz subjects (with the sounds of saxophone and the feminine singing). The Jazz subjects fluently pass in very melancholic Metal ballad . However this is not the end of “strange” musical intercalations in the mixture of Rock-Metal, because the doses of electronic music and the Ambient also appear on the album (as the complex forms of keys and the electronic samples). I will also add that album sounds very neo-classic and outright very symphonic in some moments. This give many sophisticated loftiness and the imaginativeness to the music.
“Forgotten Silence” is very climatic, melancholy and dark Metal symphony.
