The band was formed in the fall of 2002 and the founding father were the ex-musicians: Jaakko Pellotsalo and Juha-Matti Helmi. In 2003 some changes in the line up occurred, and the recent squad consolidated. Since then, the band performed a lot of gigs and released three short albums. This one, is their second child.

‘Lines & Fragments’ start like a typical grinding production, with extremely fleshy and incomprehensible vocal. The music is very dynamic and quite rhythmic, it lacks some kind of gist, a thing which would push it right into the ear. But near the end, it changes into the purest melodic death in the world. And the situation is exactly the same in each song: the beginning is very fleshy, heavy, gruesome, with strong bass line in the background, and later on, closer to the end, the melody starts to be more audible, clear and enjoyable, dynamic and sweet solos change the character of the whole. Quite an interesting mixture, which allows you to listen to this album with a huge dose of pleasure.

Despite of some usual repeats in motifs (the same riffs are being hammered in almost every song), the heavy variety of compositions makes them sound very good. They stay in the head and the inner voice asks for more.
