OLD SCHOOL, OLD SCHOOL, OLD SCHOOL is the first thing that comes to mind when I hear this CD. There are three main influences here and they are SLAYER, MEGADETE, and ANTHRAX. this is a southern California band that has some very good talent to them. The music is fast with a great edge to the guitar sound as well as a solid drum sound. Like I said there are a lot of traditional thrash sounds here and they are done well. The vocals has two sounds to them as well and they are of John Bush of anthrax and a solid death metal sound. The main complaint about this CD is the fact that they are a very young band and have a lot of maturing to do and that will only come with more experience and time. But for now they are working hard at honing there sound by opening up for bands such as TESTAMENT, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, DEICIDE, and ARMORED SAINT. Give this band time and I do believe we will be hearing more of them on bigger stages. This is a good pick up if you are into old school thrash with a solid guitar sound.
