Machine Men is a new band in the heavy metal scene. They were formed in 1998 and this is their first official release by Dynamic Arts records. An EP of five songs ( the fifth is a cover to Aces High) in pure heavy metal paths. I can define Iron Maiden as their major influence not only because of their music parts but also in the way their singer uses his voice. He really reminded me of Bruce Dickinson. Another band they reminded me is Hammerfall. When I am referring to influences and similarities to other bands I never do it as something negative. I didn’t say they copy Iron Maiden but they are influenced by them and we can’t criticize them about it. Don’t think negative people!!! Anyway. The production is also very good and I think this EP is a very good suggestion to fans of pure heavy metal. From their songs I most liked “Eye Of Truth”. And this time you are reading this words Machine Man are in the studio recording their first full length album. Try to find this EP and you will enjoy it.
