Cool Songs: Communion, Mother Culture's Lullaby,The gods forget

Area 51 is 4 American pieces, play metal to your bone. This is the first full-length album which called “Embryonic”. It made them popular between their fans in USA and their fans on myspace music profile.

“Mother Culture's Lullaby” was appealing. I have to admit that . Except for there is a part in the middle where, both the vocals and the back vocals, lost each other, yet it's good very good one. The ending was a good, the drummer end it in a cool way.

I have to say that “Communion” was the hit single on this album. They all outshined in this song, from the vocals to the drummer. The entering of the song was very catchy, fast and every instrument is following the other, which they did it brilliantly. The vocals was portraying both minds, the evil and the good. That's why I like this song. They know when and how to stop and to continue. The best part about this song, is the end part, where the tone changed, yet it remained in the same path. The last line was good, “Time dies, when water turns to wine”….nice!

“Machine” was a different idea. I'm not going to say great, but different. But the vocals did a great job. The lyrics expressed the name of the band, “Area 51”. The lead was great! I've always admired his playing along the tracks.

“The gods forget” was the only acoustic track on this album. Really, this album needed something a bit slow, whether with an acoustic or simply a piano. I love this track, and it's lyrics consider the best along with “Communion”.

I'm sure this band got more thing to present, more idea, more tones and melody according to their good musical mentality. Best of luck.
