Next representative American scene from New York, maybe he is the last in this the issue. In the line to a review is waiting yet another band, but I must occupy music of CHARNEL HOUSE. I'll be nearest the truth if I'll tell the New Yorkers play thrash metal since 10. years, but I'm not sure because this is my first meeting with the band. Though doubt that before they played the other kind of metal. Certainly on the “From Birth To Burial” it is thrash which is supported by death's guitars, heavy metal's solos or punk's drums. Whole has got aftertaste of hard core. Is deducting it's explosive mixture.
I like aggressive and rhythmic music, it let me to jump under scene on a show. There are some music combinations and embellishment but it still is thrash metal and stay it. The music is tuneful a little with harmony but it you will find out after long hear the material of CHARNEL HOUSE. Maybe the American didn't abduct my soul to the end like Swedish DENATA “Departed To Hell”, because CHARNEL HOUSE plays much more hardest and more slowly than the Vikings. After all both the bands are put the same place on my rack… you don't think about alphabet that the letter “C” is before the letter “D”, because it isn't the way!!!
