The album of the Australian band from Adelaide AUDIO REIGN is the next album I received from Firestarter Music. The band exists since 2011 and after they has released the EP this debut albumh just released, whose the music is the result of a combination of melodic Rock and the heaviness of Metal.

The songs have a lot of energy, spontaneity and heaviness, but also many melodies. They are charged by emotions, which are not only  feisty, but they are also often positive. Although the ballad songs also bring melancholy. Sometimes also darkness or some mystery is spreading.

In general, the atmosphere is quite hot (like the Australian climate) and condensed, dripping with sweat… The arrangements contain elements of Grunge, Metal and a bit of Hard Rock, skilfully entwined to create songs that easily fall into the ear and remain in the memory. It’s a good material for concerts.

Well, there is nothing to hide. AUDIO REIGN should appeal to Rock youth, especially girls. But that does not mean that the older generation will not like this music. Somehow, this music reminds me of the frisky youth from a high school. Probably because of its dynamism, spontaneity and melody… And the musicians no longer belong to adolescence, hahaha…
