The title album of STRANGLEHOLD is a big piece of strong and melodious Heavy Metal. The tracks are very dynamic. Majority of them have some characteristic element, e.g. in style of refrain or solos. The melodious masterly guitars' and keys' solos appear among a quick and full of power guitar's riffs. The solos often are in style of progressive-metal, hard rock or neo-classical tinge.
The powerful rhythmical squad strengthens a strength of arrangements. And a melodious but also strong singing completes the whole and sometimes making use backing singers. The dynamic arrangements inflict impression of continuous chase, though you will find slower accents there. The music is on very high level.
