Poema Arcanvs hails from Chile, playing Doom/death music style. Mixture of dark, slow, and clean tones. Performed by – also – mixture of clean and brutal singing (growls and grunts).
We havent heard much coming right us from Chile. Meanwhile, Telluric Manifesto is the third full-lengh album they have released so far.
Their songs are pretty long ; more than 8 minutes sometimes; well .thats what Doom songs are most likely to be. Long and non- boring. They have unfamiliar tones and kind of singing. But sometimes I feel they are drifting from their suppose-to-be genre and not just drifting to something that you ear could accept. Its irritated a bit. Their vocal sounds more like Moonspell vocals (Fernando). Deep and dark, but a bit softer than Fernando.
The way they end their songs is not logical in any way. Its like when the song stops in the middle of its playing. It interrupts the mood and the music inside the ear and the brain. Yet, their music shifting is somehow acceptable. They know how to do such.
