The beginnings of this very twisting band reach to the beginning of XXI century. The band already has on account several materials. And I understand – why the Italians co-operating with Alkemist Fanatix Europe – because their music is extremely bizarre, difficult to qualification. Their Crossover is great arranged connection of many musical species, to begin from Blues, Jazz, Ska, Folk till Hard Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Hard Core, Grunge, Metal and different musical motives which I am not able to qualify.
The every track marks itself a lots musical subjects, which they change as proverbial gloves here. The musical's tune is also very diverse – from very funny and grotesque climates till dark and psychedelic or aggressive moments. The musical phrases are outright unforeseeable, surprising. Some subject often appears by a little while only, pushing associations with different concrete climates (like a local folk from Paris, Spanish motives like from bullfight, a tango from local party, solos like from Minor Asia) or with concrete bands. I will mention these connected with stronger playing, e.g. QOTSE, SOUNDGARDEN or SOAD.
The music isn't for traditionalists and orthodox, here the fusion and admixtures are too much – the admixtures arent only under figure of musical themes but they are in figure the sounds (the accordion, different the percussive instruments, the guitar harmonies, the polyphonic vocals). The very twisting music of IL MANISCALCO MALDESTRO is for twisting people, hahaha
