This is a four song demo by the Italian Death/Thrash band Screaming Eyes. “Hold Fast” mixes screaming,growling Death with thrashy rhythms and guitar leads. The brutality of it keeps it in the realm of death, but their are some good interludes. “To My Darkness” turns into some speedier, pounding, thrashier stuff with good drum kicking and a driving beat. Screaming Death vocals over top of it are a brutal mix. Kick ass lead guitar too. “Angel Fall: Fallen Angel's Tear”, Is a slower, melodic track that mixes Death and Black Metal with good chopping rhythms and seering guitar leads. The last track “Angel Fall: Death Angel Silence” is more hard driving Death/Thrash with screaming Death vocals. It has some good melodic interludes from the pounding Death and keeps the head bangin' with some good thrashy rhythms. I definately hope to hear more from these guys.
