At present French VOID THRU MATERIALSIM is calling VOIDTM, but yet less than year ago the material “Converge Into Unqueit Spaces” was released under the old name. The material contains 4 tracks only, which are defined by the band as Math Core/Metal Core.
The first associations after listening of several bars have gone to Poland band – ACID DRINKERS, because VOID TM has the similar sound of the shouting vocal, the dynamic choirs and the similar patern of guitar's riffs. Of course it does not mean VOIDTM plays identically
The heavy very rhythmical and damped guitar's riffs alternate with stable drums and give basis for the arrangements. The arrangements are enriched by the melodic-shouting strong vocals, sometimes falling of madness as well as the climatically melodious solos. However the guitar squeaks, industrial samples, psychedelic screams joint with quick rhythmic make associations with FEAR FACTORY also.
The whole is very dynamic, well-kept in average-quick paces with small dose of madness or insanity as well as darkness.
