This is my next meeting with works of VEDONIST… I remember that the previous album was really excellent, so I had sat down to listening “Awakeing This Immortality” with curiosity what will bring us their next edition.

The men from VEDONIST have the quite good musical skills, so death metal in their realization is strongly marked by the technical serves, they appear it in considerable quantity of solo parties but and in the very rhythmical, heavy and broken riffs, which they ideally co-operate with the very dynamic and the complex work of rhythmical section, which steers variables sometimes changing or outright broken pace (although the quick arrangements overweigh here). The vocal's side underwent the larger standardization, it appears by powerful growling (though there are united the two different sounds of growling slightly). The tracks are arranged richly, it inflicts the impression of incessant speed forward, without compromises… Maybe the only space of resting and musing is the very nostalgic instrumental-balladic track “And Moment Of Reflection”.

Generally the material is more heavy in comparison of the previous, but it still is melodious in specific death metal style, and it is more matur and more resolute as well as less marked of influences of DEATH, it maybe would be show the band creates own style.

VEDONIST is remarkable really, I think the band will stir pretty well with good promotion in death metal world.
