Nanawar is the “true” essence of cheese. Undoubtedly, as you will see, Nanowar is Wallace's (of Wallace and Gromit Fame)favorite band!

Nanowar's CD is the funniest piece of music (cheese) ever recorded. You will find yourself laughing while listening to this disc as they poke fun at Manowar, Metallica and other assorted bands metal bands. If your a Metal Head of “True Steel” you need to be able to not take yourself too seriously to listen to this album! These Italians are full of sarcasm and humour when delivering brilliant lyrics such as “The forest of steel, of the steel, steel – metal iron, and all the heavy minerals” and they beg you to notice that “the word poser rhymes with loser” (well kinda) and the cheesiest of all, “our metal is so strong 'cos our dick is so long.”

The true talent here lies in the bands ability to pull these lyrics off without laughing themselves. At first listen you will wonder if they are actually taking themselves serious, then with songs like “Master of Pizza” which mocks Metallica's “Master of Puppets” if you haven't “got it yet” your missing the point. These songs beg to be heard and in the serious timbre that only Nanowar can muster. Triumph Of true Metal Of Steel is a fantastic tribute to the True Metal of Cheese!
