Cool songs: Meet you, Lost souls

Riots, since 1999 here on earth, born through Stephan Brune, enlarged by Florian von Bargen in the year 2002 and to be fullfilled by Olaf Kissing on drums and Sebastian Funke on guitars, this German mixture of sleaze, gothic and heavy elements is on the best way to have success. In the Ruhrgebiet/Germany well-known, Riots rocked right to the first places of the worldwide biggest newcomer festival called “Emergenza”. And here I am writing a review about an EP called “The dark prophecy”. This piece lets us have a look at the work of those four Germans: The Vocals have to be checked. They do not always come to the exact point. But nevertheless I can say: not bad! Ah, yes, please, kind singers, please, please, practice a little bit your singing… AND: the English pronunciation sounds very German… The sound and the instruments are great. That rocks! Cool! I like the mixture of the different songs. Riots have their own sound and hopefully the guys will do their way. With songs like “Meet you” and “Lost souls” there shouldn´t be many problems. “Taste Skin” shows the soft side of Riots. Who wants to know more, please have a look at www.riots-music.com
