This dvd has been a long time coming from this band. There is only one true way to experience the onslaught and aggression of SLAYER and that is to experience them in concert. I have been lucky enough to have done just that a couple of times. As for those of you that have not had that chance this dvd is the next best thing. Not many bands are able to capture there true essence on film but these guys have done just that in this package. The Warfield is a club in
San Francisco, CA that Slayer leaves there mark on very well. The set list on this dvd spans the history of the band from the SHOW NO MERCY album to the latest offering by the band GOD HATES US ALL. 19 songs of pure aggression and
hatred performed only the way they can perform them. This is not a dvd full of fancy effects and fancy camera angles even though the camera men make you thing you are flying from time to time. It is just plain and simple SLAYER in concert delivering the goods. The only down fall of the whole dvd is the special feature fan speak. For some reason they picked the most retarded fans to speak to.
All but one never really makes any sense in what they say or how they act. I believe the band could have made better choices in who they put on the dvd.
There could have also been more pictures in the picture gallery. other then the special features being a little weak this is a must have for any serious SLAYER fan.
