A few months before the recording of “Pandemonium”, Peter had parted ways with the band, and along with leaving he took the name of Pandemonium along with him. Soon after the events with Peter, Paul renamed the band Domain. Shortly after being renamed to Domain the band entered the studio, and laid down the tracks for a new album entitled strangely enough “Pandemonium”.

Pandemonium opens with a song called “The Beginning”, which is an instrumental masterpiece. The track starts off very slowly with tribal drums, which morphs into heavy guitars and very light drums. Just when you think your safe Domain hits you with a devastating death metal ballad entitled “Blood Of God”. This sound on Blood Of God has a very raw and brutal emotion to it. But what really shows on this song are the very heavy drums that beat throughout the entire track. What comes next is completely unexpected, “Immemoreal Legend” which preludes “Blood of God” comes on with a very strange sound. Immemoreal Legend is a very strange track at that, with its very quiet guitars and vocals it really presents it self-quiet strangely to me. The rest of “Pandemonium” is thankfully full of very intense death metal renditions. The closing track entitled “Lost Preexistence (remix)” makes for a very brutal end to a somewhat different collection of songs.

Pandemonium to me is an experimentation of sounds, it really sounds like Domain was stretching the limits of the death metal genre when they recorded it. I highly recommend that every fan of extreme music make “Pandemonium” part of their CD collection.
