Former THEATRE OF TRAGEDY/current LEAVES' EYES frontwoman Liv Kristine and her husband, ATROCITY singer Alex Krull, welcomed their first child, a healthy son, on December 18, 2003 in Ludwigsburg, Germany. According to an official press release, Liv gave birth to Leon Alexander “only a couple of hours after having recorded the vocals for the last track on the upcoming LEAVES' EYES album 'Lovelorn'.” Both Liv and Leon Alexander “are doing very well, and daddy Alex is proud of his son, the new 'Metal God': obviously, the little one has got a strong voice!”
LEAVES' EYES (which also features members of the German band ATROCITY) will release their debut on May 24 through Austria's Napalm Records. A video clip for the album's first single will be shot in early February.
