MEGADETH concert from Budokan in Tokyo to be livestreamed on 27th February

MEGADETH just announced that their concert in renowned Budokan hall in Tokyo will be steamed live globally on 27th February. The fans have a chance to buy tickets for the event as well as some VIP package which include some behind-the-scenes videos – more details in the link below. Quite recently, Marty Friedman, who played on band’s classic 90s albums, revealed in one of the interviews that he will join MEGADETH on stage during that show. This message is not confirmed by the official materials yet, but seems to be highly probable.

The band will also play in Osaka a day later and at the end of March they will play a couple of shows in Australia – first two with IN FLAMES as support act and then as a part of Knotfest.

The band starts their European tour on 23rd July with a concert called ‘Triple Thrash Triumph’ in Poland. It is not yet revealed what other two thrash bands will be on the bill. The tour will run through a few festivals like Wacken and Summer Breeze in Germany or Bloodstock in the UK and finish on 25th August in Switzerland on Riverside Festival.
