NUKORE comes from Spain. The band began its expression in 2004, and “One Minute Silence” is their fourth album. The band’s name clearly indicates the musical predilection of its members. The prefix “nu” also reveals preferences for a modernist approach in composing, and more specifically I mean a very low guitar tuning, which has some consequences for total heaviness.

Lively and energetic rhythms are the basis here. Some are breakneck, others (rarer) mercilessly slow and heavy or simply dynamic pounding. And the crushing guitar beats create a massive atmosphere full of rebellious aggressive shouts, hysterical screams, rap melodeclamations and accenting vociferous choirs releasing aggressive emotions. There are some evident bass accents or guitar licks or solos.

In NUKORE’s music you can hear some similarities to the more classic hardcore bands like in style of BIOHAZARD or to rap metal style like BODY COUNT. But of course there are more modernistic motifs like in way of KORN .

By the way, the title “One Minute Silence” does not bring even any second of silence, on the contrary, it is very noisy and dynamic. It make you motorical and stimulates you very much.
