Italian DRAGON'S CAVE is the team created by Steve Angarthal – the experienced musician who has several years of work in band FIRE TRAILS. Steve invited three friends to co-operation. They also have many experience in different bands. And this way the first album came into being. “Elektro Motion” – very mature in arrangements – with complex structurally compositions, with the technical and masterly serves as well as with the insertions of neo-classical music where keyboards melodies, guitar chords or passages predominate.
Despite complex instrumental layer there also was the place for the vocals full of melancholy melodies and the power of Rock. The cascade of Rock-Metal patents as well as the small elements of Fusion also appeared in the works. The music is very spatial, full of imaginativeness, of romantic melodies but it also is variable dynamically. Generally the music causes impression rather calm despite many instrumental exultations. And additionally this is underlined by many balladic motifs. Although strong hits and sharper patents do not lack here. During the listening of “Elektro Motion” the associations sometimes suggest similarity to DEEP PURPLE and DIO. However DRAGON'S CAVE is more marked with instrumental expressions with the influences of Progressive Rock and neo-classical Heavy Metal.
I think that “Elektro Motion” will not disappoint fans of Rock virtuosity with elements of neo-classical music.
