Tommy Lee faces court action in a million dollar suit brought against him by Ursula Karven and James Veres, whose four-year-old son Daniel drowned at the former Motley Crue drummers home in June 2001. This was during a birthday party for Lees son Brandon. Attempts at an out of court settlement have failed to reach an agreement, and now Lee will inevitably end up in court, being accused of wrongful death and negligence
