Finnish thrash metal band THE SCOURGER has issued the following update:

“A new era for the band is dawning and the hunt for members is on! The band is currently looking for a drummer and a guitarist…..

“If you are a drummer and interested in this gig, then you should have the following experience and abilities:?

* Several years of band experience required
* Studio and recording experience required
* Understanding of heavy metal drumming and the styles of classic thrash metal bands like SLAYER, TESTAMENT etc.
* The ability to learn and play the band's back catalogue accurately
* Gig and touring experience is considered a bonus….

“If you are guitarist and interested in this gig, then you should have the following experience and abilities:?

* Several years of band experience required
* Studio and recording experience required
* The ability to handle both rhythm and lead guitar duties
* Songwriting experience and understanding of classic thrash metal styles
* The ability to learn and play the band's back catalogue accurately
* Gig and touring experience is considered a bonus….
