Cool songs: Already Dead, Beating the Man

TEMPLE OF BRUTALITY have got a tremendous and interesting past. Almost all of the musicians were earlier involved in musical projects. Anyone knows Ellefson, the ex-MEGADETH bassist, or Howland, the drummer of such bands as W.A.S.P. or KILLING MACHINE. The band was formed in 2004 and after three years of working, they finally released their material.

And I simply cannot recall in my memory, how many of such bands have I heard before. Is the thrash music so dull and boring? I do not think so. But there are bands like this one, who do everything to show,. That this thesis is actually true. ‘Lethal Agenda’ is a real killer, a lethal album, it can bore to death. The riffs are heavy, but they repeat to often, in other words… always. The compositions are constructed from three sounds, which are also hammered over and over again, without any self-control. In other words, the album, which is very good, from the technical point of view, from the musical aspect, lays flat on the ground.

Actually one composition managed to draw my attention – 'Already Dead’ – with its unusual vocal’s style. And that is everything. The album, for its predictability, monotony, and boredom, deserves nothing more than F plus.
