HATEBREED To Headline Monsters of Mayhem II

HATEBREED will be headlining the 2007 Monsters of Mayhem II Tour – featuring metal and hardcore brethren God Forbid, Terror, The Acacia Strain, Evergreen Terrace and After the Burial. Sponsored by Jagermeister and Monster Energy Drink, the Monsters of Mayhem tour has launched its very own “Ladies Night,” putting the females front and center by offering FREE admission for the first 150 females over 21 attending each show. Advance tickets will be available for pre-sale on Hatebreed’s official website, as well as advance pre-order consideration for Hatebreed’s official fan club. VIP tickets will also be available, enabling fans to meet the band before each performance. Select dates will include dual stage festivities, affording local acts the opportunity to reach out to audiences along side the supporting acts. A savvy marriage of hardcore and metal’s finest talents, the Monsters of Mayhem tour marks Hatebreed’s return to the US after a successful UK tour with the Acacia Strain.

Spanning over 21 cities, Monsters of Mayhem II will kick off on May 18th lasting until June 9th. Hatebreed will then head over to Europe for select dates, before returning to headline the second stage at this year’s free Ozzfest. Hatebreed’s latest triumph, Supremacy has been received with overwhelming critical acclaim and respect. Genuine and personally encompassing, Supremacy marks Hatebreed’s Roadrunner debut, as well as a musical catharsis for frontman Jamey Jasta. “ I wanted to just put it all out there, to wear my heart on my sleeve more than I have in the past,” Jasta proclaimed in an October 2006 interview with Revolver, “…I needed this to be the most vicious record we’ve ever done.” Undoubtedly, Supremacy molds together Hatebreed’s unique sonic elements, while capturing the ferocity of their legendary live performances. Nestled in the core of their expansive history, Hatebreed thrive in live domains and maintain a steady reputation as one of the hardest working bands in metal.
