Another cool band coming from Austria. My first favorite band coming from the same country called “Estatic Fear”, this band has been a great influence on me since a very long time.

Anyhow, Visions of Atlantis is a female and male fronted band. But don't expect you have heard a band like them. Don't say Lacuna Coil, After Forever or even Epica….no no…This band is way too better than that.

I'm not a fan for a few female-fronted bands, not coz they are female, of course not. I just don't like some. But my most favorite would be After Forever, and – a different style band – Arch Enemy. Now there will be another band, Visions of Atlantis.

I didn't like much Nicole's opera singing. It was cool….but a bit low. But other than that, her voice is not bad, and better than most of what existed nowadays.

As for Mario (vocals), he was another factor that made me like this band a lot. Most of people think, female singing opera, then the male vocal sings brutal. Wrong! Mario sing clean, loud and clear. I love his voice really.

The music and lyrics are pretty amazing. Different and resemble no other.

If you are a fan of listening to good opera-female singing, then you HAVE to pick this band. I assure you, you will never regret this choice.
