SHOTGUN REVOLUTION prepare for their European album launch in May

If you like getting sweaty to bands like Guns´N Roses, AC/DC, Buckcherry and Foo Figthers then Denmark’s SHOTGUN REVOLUTION is a band not to be missed! On May 27th the first official international SHOTGUN REVOLUTION album will be released in all of Europe!

Since the debut in 2010 a lot has happened for SHOTGUN REVOLUTION. They have been playing venues worldwide stretching from one of Denmark’s biggest festivals to the legendary rock club “Bar Fly” in Camden, London (UK) and “Whisky A Go Go” on Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. Hard work and dedication has made SHOTGUN REVOLUTION one of the leading hard rock bands in Denmark anno 2013, with solid album sales and airplay.

After two album releases and one live-EP, SHOTGUN REVOLUTION are finally ready to conquer the European continent with the self-titled album. The rock train that the band started in 2010 continues with undaunted and uncompromising hard rock added lyrics that binds the past years experiences with life's restlessness and ups and downs.

“After playing numerous concerts we got a better understanding of what Shotgun Revolution is and can be,” explains the band's guitarist Martin Frank. “So even though the catchy guitar riffs and strong melodies always will be the foundation of SR songs, it's also a more complete band, well-balanced in their own songs. Furthermore, I am proud to say that this album is 100% hand-played, no sound replacements, no autotune!”

With the help from legendary Metallica producer Flemming Rasmussen, the band deliver a fierce, powerful and addictive record packed with huge anthem like choruses and colossal guitars. And as Flemming Rasmussen states: “This band is the best rock band to come out of Denmark… ever …”
