Band called Breed Machine exists on the French metal scene since 2003, recording to date four LPs, coping quite well they have established their positions in the music market, with a rather small number but loyal and constantly growing group of fans. The band took its name from the song “Future Breed Machine” of math metal legends – Meshuggah and somewhere you can feel the inspiration of Swedish extremists, but musicians have to present a lot more and are not just another copy of this outstanding and even the legendary band.
The main advantages of this album are a powerful groove and aggressive, damn offensive atmosphere and practically lack of any exemptions, except maybe a few short moments. The team focuses on the brutal guitar riff, the mighty, uncompromising rhythm section and murderous vocals, putting to aggression entirely different types of samples, which further strengthens and condense the atmosphere, pushing the music in the areas of total extremes. Listen to these songs you can not sit still, energy that radiates from these sounds is totally shocking, which together with uncompromising performance, will desire to destroy everything that stands in the way, I suppose the live shows of the band must be really crazy. Breed Machine draws equally from metal and hard core and mixing these species in an interesting way. Motorized hard core guitar parades intertwine with thrash and death metal blasts, creating a very dense and thick atmosphere, where aggression and brutality pouring out of the speakers like streams of hot lava from a burning volcano. If I were to compare these sounds to something, then it would be just a volcanic eruption or earthquake. Based on the metal and hard core patents musicians threw all of this a lot of electronic samples, which sometimes leads the team in the areas of nu metal, from time to time remind this type of music. Breed Machine is actually the result of bands which plays groove metal and nu metal, but the music is more brutal and uncompromising, with a small dose of melody, attacking listener with their sounds in very radical way. Message of band are in French, which enhances the experience even more. Madness and revolution in forty minutes. Bands that come into my mind when I listening to Breed Machine include: Skinlab, Fear Factory, Chimaira and early Korn and Meshuggah.
Although already heard many similar bands playing this type of music, you can put Breed Machine in a row with the best groove and nu metal crews. The biggest advantages of the team is a passion of playing, uncompromising, incredible energy and great production as well. I think fans of different views about the metal will be satisfied of sound created by Breed Machine, because they can really kick the fuck up into the head by their music.
