VINTERRIKET „und die Nacht kam schweren Schrittes”

VINTERRIKET „und die Nacht kam schweren Schrittes” - okładka

With these Germans went out such funny matter. Namely, once during my absences my wife afforded on change of Cd in player. As if nothing extraordinary, but knowing about this, that came railway of listening „… und dies Nacht…” I play this disc. How many one can put aside this pleasure for later. I don’t suspecting her of infamous action I began to delight sounds of VINTERRIKET. Even it began me to please… and just in this moment I clutched familiar, that something is wrong… wanting, not wanting I got up from beds and I uncovered, that in center turned round disc „MUSIC FOR SOUL / COMETS”! That is something else what I left two days ago in Cd-player! And what is moral this adventure? Well such, that Germans play just such „music for soul”. My wife, which by the way is very soulful on surely she would uncover great layers of energy in this formation, but I’m not!!!! I’m simpleton and yokel and for damn I don’t understand such muses. Of course more than once I listened dark ambient, but from what I have brother, which likes such playing on keys. Probably according to him (my brother) it has something common with BURZUM “Daudi Baldrs”. Only VINTERRIKET put more work in their material than ugly Ork! Returning to me if I’m not wrong I preferred demo'00 „…. Gjennom Takete Skogen “more, but this was former times…

Place of residence: Parczew, Poland. Interests / Hobbies: music, music journalism, belief in ancestor worship, movies (that distort history), in a sense National Socialism (more oriented toward neo-paganism), history (the rebelliousness of the Polish nobility & the Lisowczycy), and in particular Asterix and Obelix (the comic of all time. René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo rule! Although in a way modeled after Kajko and Kokosz), I’ll also add The Witcher and the rest of the fantasy genre... such as Conan, Solomon Kane, or Vuko Drakkainen, and currently Jaksa. Favorite music genres: nihilistic-misanthropic, yet psychedelic offshoots; generally speaking, not far from thrash (I grew up on it), black, folk, pagan, Slavic, Viking, etc.—alternative... He created Born To Die'zine.
