EVERGLADE „Things To Save”

EVERGLADE „Things To Save” - okładka
Music: Grunge / Post Rock

Duration: 42:41 minutes (9 tracks)
Country: Italy

At first I thought that EVERGLADE plays classic Rock in style of U2. The most of the classic Rock bands I compares to U2, hahaha … Maybe it's because I know few classic Rock bands…

However, with the duration of the album I began to see Grunge elements in this music. So, the dirty guitars, the sedate rhythms, the lightly hoarse nostalgic vocals, the psychedelic melodies and the melancholic-grim atmosphere like in PEARL JAM and ALICE IN CHAINS… And even the spatial nostalgic guitar phrases from the Post Rock appeared there (the calm melodies and climatic sounds).

Generally – EVERGLADE offers for us the Rock music since 2003 – the music with the claw, with the stronger impact, with the pinch of tranquility and nostalgia.

note: 7.5/10
