The album “This Mortal Coil” is exceptional material, because the album was created by share Joe Damien. Joe is not alive at present. This album was dedicated for him. Unfortunately death of Joe is great loss for band, because masterly keyboards parties of Jose carried out this album very high.
The compositions of CELESTIAL OEUVRE are multi-plot coil of guitar-keyboards subjects. The subjects are rooted in Progressive Rock from 70 years, where the singing sounds calmly and nostalgic. This music is very mature and spatial as well as inspired by many melancholy, by lofty melodies and lightly psychedelic accents. During listening I had an impression like the musicians in moments were absorbed by very complex masterly playing with their instruments. In other time the musicians surrender the calm balladic emotions, creating very emotional phrases. Though the claw of Hard Rock does not lack here also.
Generally the album spreads very positive climate with note of romanticism. And the whole sometimes reminds the climates of YES and MARILLION.
