Cool songs: Equipollence
The name of the band stands for Angry Human in Latin. The band compose these words to create a phrase describing another evolution step for human beings. And this breakdown took place in 1998, when the band was created. Since then they recorded four albums: one demo tape and three full-length releases. Apocalypse is the last one.
And it is fast, heavy, fleshy, aggressive and boring. I cannot remember how many such productions have I heard before. Everything could have been just fine, if it was not for HOMOIRATUS feature, which is the hammering of the same riff, with a brainless manner, creating a savage butchery. I had an impression that I was listening to the same old song, over and over again. There are twelve compositions, which represent twelve chances to show off, twelve opportunities to create something unique. And the band did not use any of those chances. In fact, they exchanged them for one opportunity to screw the album up.
The title of this album seems to be appropriate: it is a prediction of an apocalypse. If HOMOIRATUS will not change the approach to their music, so, they will end playing it quickly.
PS.
I am not providing the link to the bands official website, because, again, it is filled with pornographic content. Enter at your own risk.
