So this is a new and fresh mini Cd from Vader. At the very beginning I would like to say that is absolutely classical Vader’s mini Cd :). As we all know the band is giving us that kind of gifts regular from very long time, and I must say it’s destined mainly too very big fans of group. Of course it’s also some kind of information how will be looking next full length release, and I’m damn good think about this.

This few song that are coming with The Art of War are very extreme, fast, heavy, but also played with intelligence. I think it’s small return of the group to the roots of the music that they have played at the beginning.

The production of the new release is good. Clear, characteristic (there’s no doubt who is playing), but the sound isn’t so heavy as for example on Revelation.
Songs are great, they are characteristic, and there’s no problem with remembering them, especially songs titled What colour is your blood, this one reminds me Vader older song’s , and I think this one have chances to become real concerts killer!

So long everything looks really great, and in fact it is, excluding playing time. It’s the only one really big minus of this release, it’s definitely to short! Well, all we can do, is waiting for next full length album, which I believe will be real murdering.

At the end I should also say, that on cd there is included bonus movie clip (This is war) in two versions, which was made 100 % with computer techniques. And the quote – it’s so high because I judged this release by prism of other Vader mini cd’s, not a full length albums.
