BLURRYBYNATURE presents new album “The Truth As I See It”

Although Metalcore is being hated by many for not being “Original”, there are bands who experiment with the genre in such a way that the sound could be bordered as something else. The band I’m talking about is the solo project blurrybynature (nope it’s not Blurrybynature or Blurry by nature). I found this band last year on Bandcamp and I instantly got into his music and got excited and arranged an Interview to get to know more about him. Rhys, is a down to earth person and honestly he was the first person whom I’ve met shares the love for Architect’s older albums.

Anyways, blurrybynature is all set to release a new album which by far looks very good. Before I lay down my observations on the new track, here’s what Rhys has to say on his musical inclination.

“….As for the genre, I never really set out to write Progressive Metalcore as such – in all honesty, I’m still not even sure it’s the most appropriate label for the music I write. Mostly it came about after the fact; when people find out you’re a recording artist, they invariably ask what sort of music it is that you write. I quickly got tired of answering people with “errrm…” so I just started calling it Progressive Metalcore. There are a lot of other influences in there too, but I suppose it kind of fits…”

The new album is by far the most experimental material written by him. He also claims that the album contains the heaviest track he has ever written. I’m excited for it. Moreover, his music is very much complex and different from most of the artists within the realm. That’s why I believe he’s being underestimated. Once the full album is out, I could picture blurrybynature as a well established act. Rhys is a highly talented musician who takes music seriously. Such artists should be supported and encouraged. Personally, I couldn’t wait for the album to drop. Make sure to follow the Facebook page to keep on track with the happenings.
