Zespół został założony w roku 2001, podczas warszawskich warsztatów bluesowych. Od tamtego czasu zdążył dwa razy zmienić nazwę, na MILD a następnie na używaną po dziś dzień ALTERS.

The group was formed in 2001 during some workshops concerning blues. Since that time they have changed their name twice, to MILD and finally into ALTERS.
PROJECT MORFEO „Dicotomia ”
PROJECT MORFEO has been started some time ago (no one actually knows when), by Gianfranco Biagini, a man, who actually is the only one, responsible for PROJECT MORFEO. The Dicotomia album has been entirely created with the usage of synthesizers, only the real guitar solos are the works of Filippo Mastrangelo.

In 1993 three musicians decided to form a band, unfortunately there was not any drummer among them, so they had to use the percussion machine in order to record material. After some perturbations and line up changes, the band managed to persuade Henrik (QUEST OF AIDANCE) to play with them and together they released some material.

Slowmo Music is a British doom/stoner web store. Being aware of the fact, that doom/stoner is not so developed, as one would like it to be, they banded some bands from all over Europe and asked them to contribute to their project.
THORN „Thorn (Demo) ”
Powstali w roku pańskim 1992 pod nazwą CRANTHORPE i od tamtego czasu przeszli wiele przygód, typowych dla każdego zespołu: kilka zmian w składzie (spowodowanych konfliktem interesów) oraz nagranie kilku płyt (demówek oraz z przesłuchań). W roku 1993 zespół przechrzcił się na THE THORN po rozstaniu z jednym z założycieli: Jackiem.
