What I have here is a simple three-song promo from a death metal outfit Gory Blister from Italy. The three songs, Anticlimax, Art Bleeds and Comet, come from Gory Blister's Art Bleeds CD which was actually released in 1999. Basically, this is your typical, crunching and screeching death metal. Put this band in company with Deeds of Flesh, or latter-era Death (according to the BNR Metal Pages). Art Bleeds was their first full-length release, prior to the release they had an EP titled Cognitive Sinergy.
According to the BNR Metal pages (again) the line-up on this CD includes Daniel (vocals) Raff (guitars) Bruce Teah (bass) and Joe (drums). From the three samples I can hear, you can tell the Gory Blister crew is true to their music and the history of the genre. The best thing about these songs is the melodic break, with some fascinating guitar solos closing the third track on my promo, Comet.
