OBSCURITY released the seven materials by 13 years. The last material “Tenkterra” is concept-album, which the plot is leaning on Celtic-German of millennial history with breakthrough of eras. And therefore we will go in dark history full of battles…

The first work presented pretty sharply, heavily and simultaneously melodic – the quick guitar riffs, pretty melodious solo parties, the brave hits of drums and the Death-Black screams broke the monotony of day. Then I thought, that this is nice mixture of Death Black Metal – such connection of aggressiveness with melody, of bravery with note of nostalgia… The next tracks were in approximate climate… The very dynamic mixture, during which members juggle subjects of Black Death Metal. In some moments the whole was associated with accomplishments of bands from Göteborg and with local Melodic Death Metal in style of DARK TRANQUILLITY, IN FLAMES and AT THE GATES. OBSCURITY represents similar kind of expression… The aggressiveness was contained in melody… However the works of OBSCURITY additionally is inspired by strong influences of furious Black Metal. The instrumental song “Blut fur Blut” is only other accent – without electric guitars and vocals. The song spreads dark folk climate (like from Minor Asia). Is it the expression of expansion of Germans?

All would be beautifully but the lector's voice was inserted in paths of the music sometimes and it informed me that I listen the album “Tenkterra” of band OBSCURITY. This inflicted, that when I began understanding the music – then amiable mister has plucked me from this state. This causes, that the concentration on the music is very hard. But I understand this intervention. This is the kind of anti-pirate protection. Obviously the sale CD is without lector, hahaha…

Despite all – this German album sounded curiously – with aggression, fury, strength and melody.
