SHAMRAIN is a band which exists for making us calmer and to take us into the unknown travel. Today I am really angry and music composed by these guys is like a honey for my ears. I am feeling better and better, each minute passing by is a next step to unknown world. Frankly now I dont know where I am…

This album is an almost fifty minutes journey to the unknown and really fantastic full of amazing sound landscapes world. Each song is a new journey and if you want to relax or just feel the music put the new SHAMRAIN album to your player. I guess you will be satisfied.

SHAMRAIN creates some more progressive noise with a big THE CURE, PORCUPINE TREE, and even rock band TWO FACE influence (vocals!!). Really enjoyable and refreshing album. Each evening I am walking over the sky with a small help of Mika Tauriainen and rest of the company. Each one among all of these ten songs is another step. When you start walking you will do it till the end of the album and where will you go… is just a matter of your imagination.

Album sounds perfectly. Distortion of guitars is bit minimalistic and riffs are more focused on atmosphere than a rock background (without doubt this exchange is extremely good). Surely band does not forget about their metal/rock roots and if they want they generate more heavier sound they do (but this is an exception of the rule).

All instruments sound simply great and the whole mix is awesome. I think the most admirable element is singing style of Mika. His voice is really bothering and it exacly fits SHAMRAIN's music.
Synths of Risto are really atmospheric and his parts are a flashlight which shows us our way to the unknown…

To sum up if you want to relax and have a music journey just put this album to your cd player and feel free.
