Skintilla hails from Australia. They play all between Power, Speed and Thrash Metal.
This 6-tracked-EP is the first release for this band. But Ihave to say that they did not bad job. They sound more like Machine Head, Symphony X.
“Silence” is kind of slow song. Darren's voice was close to Russell from “Symphony X”, but he did a great job on this song.
I guess the quality wasn't that good. I really thnk that they should foucs more on this point.
I also guess that this band goes exretmer than Power Metal, like I said, Thrash….but if you asked me, I guess they should sound more Power than anything else, coz to be honest, they can't reach harder than that.
