RED WINE „Suenos Y Locura”

RED WINE „Suenos Y Locura” - okładka

Three points higher for the beginning: 1) fantastic cover artwork made by J.P.Fournier (Greetings! And thanks for the EXECUTIONER tape, hehe…), who is responsible for the amazing cover artworks done for AVANTASIA, EDGUY and the mighty LONEWOLF. 2) Spanish vocal lines – I truly admire all that bands who sing in their native languages! 3) Great sound and production: album was mastered by his majesty Piet Sielck himself… There would be 4th point if there would be long legged Spanish girl in the line up, but well, we need to concentrate on the music.
I haven't heard previous works from RED WINE (this is their 3rd release), but to be honest if I would see their CD at music shop, I wouldn't like to listen it because of a bit stupid name (of course that's just my opinion, but why not to call band “Yellow Cheese”, huh?)… What music we find on “Suenos Y Locura”? Cool Power Metal with some Progressive and Hard Rock touches – thankfully this time I have no deja vu, and I can't say that I heard all that riffs and melodies before. Hey, I even like it, kinda strange as this release doesn't fit in my personal music taste. So, summary. I'm sure that all the Power Metal freaks out there will just love this release, but I think that also fans of other Metalized stuff might like it. So if you have a chance, listen to them. I listened. And I like it. Really. More at:
