The next album of M.I.C. which didn't give me pleasure. So I will tell the identic words what I said about the early album:
Well, Rock like Rock… with the sharp guitars, the dynamic with a the simple steady rhythms, with the sharp melodic solos. The music is led by the melodic vocals (with hoarse sound). The arrangements are very classical – there are the introductions, the stanzas, the refrains, the solos, the developing of themes and the repetitions until the end of the song … The whole oscillates around the average paces, everything is rather balanced without some crazy vocal outbursts. The guitar's solos are only bursts of instruments of course … Overall, nothing special … Simply – Classic Rock was played well.
Special guests Steve Skingley, for two songs on bass (Rik Emmit band, Triumph) and David Colin Burt on Guitar for 3 songs (CANO), plus lyrics on the song “Serial Killer” by Jon Wilde (Bangalore Choir, Powerworld).
But what say about this album Maggy? I always give her M.I.C. for hearing. “I wondered for long time by the opinion, but you also gave me difficult job. I have impression that I listen the same things third time, but I have to write something different. And in end I got a glare: It has not any sense to speculate over something simple? Especially that you want only my opinion. I would throw the band to a bag with inscription “love or leave”. That is – if someone loves simple guitar playings, strongly placed in style of Country music then he will be delighted. Even if someone listens a tenth album of the band or tenth time of the same album. And then the someone surely will discover some pleasures of the music. However a someone as me who likes a variety then the someone will sleep than dance at the concert of M.I.C.. If not, probably the someone earlier was forced to the hearing of concert Celine Dion….”
