This time the label Metal Revelation sent me the second album of German warriors from KROMLEK.

The climatic orchestral-keyboards prelude began the album and it introduced mystical tune, then warlike volleys, epic melodies and ill-boding hymns added to the whole. I did not listen Pagan Metal so curiously arranged long time ago. The guitar strength and power of keyboards emits from the music… The speed and the aggression make the battle with the nostalgia and the melancholy… The Sharp riffs, melodious solos, strong drums and polyphonic, predatory vocals rend the space sometimes portraying ambient-symphonic motifs and folk accents (e.g. even Arabic melodies). The vocals are important here particularly, because we will hear here monstrous growling, ill-boding screams of Black Metal as well as knight's hymns or clean voices and declamations of child.

The melodies, climate and the emotions from compositions really are able to ravish, because the arrangements are replete of strong dose of feelings and the considerable dose of technical serves (in style virtuosity). “Finis Terrae” is very predatory album, however simultaneously very melodic, monumental and full pathos. Though I would prefer to hear this in better sound, then KROMLEK would crush me completely.
