This band is new to me and without knowing much about them other then they are from the Czech republic. The CD starts out with a simple opening then proceeds to jump into the first song which should grab your attention but does not. The first thing that stands out on this CD is the poor vocal work. I hate to say it but the guy sounds like he is twelve years old and is trying to sing death metal. I listened to this disc several times over a period of time before writing this review in hops that I would start to hear something that I didn't hear the first time. Sorry to say it but I still don't like this disc. The music here is a mixture of the band trying to perform a mercyfull fate style and an all out death metal style with haunting keyboard work and they still cant pull it off. Every now and again I will hear something in the music that will get my attention but it only lasts for thirty seconds then they go back to the same old boring sound. I will have to say this for the guitar player though. He shows hints of greatness but for him to reach his peak he will have to do it with another band and for sure another singer. As you can tell I do not like this CD and cant say anything good about it so i will save you the time of reading more.
